Did you know that the time when a women is pregnant, and then goes onto have her baby is called Matrescence, and that this period can have a profound impact on you mentally and physically, like in the same way when we go through Adolescence.
But for some reason, there is much less known or shared about this change. Which is leaving women in the dark and we want to change this.
Knowledge is power, and although we can't take away some of the challenges you may face, we can help you to build an understanding of what you are going through, and create a resilience toolkit to enable you to stay as healthy and well as possible to enjoy time with your baby.

Yes parenting, especially being a mother, can be a real sh*t show at times, but our maternal wellbeing programme is a positive experience, all about getting you ready to face those challenges while being the best version of yourself you can.
